I've been writing music since... forever. I started playing guitar a few years ago and I'm loving it. Admittedly, the music I write and perform is HEAPS different to a lot of what I listen to, but certain voices are suited to certain styles of music I guess - you have to go with what you're given. I've always loved the whole writing and performing thing, and when I learnt guitar it made the whole ordeal SO much more exciting!! I write songs about things in my life and the people around me, so they are really close to my heart. What I love most about singing and writing is connecting with people. My music means alot to me, and the thought that, maybe, it has meant something to someone else... well, it always makes me smile.
