Cobi was recently signed to Michael Parisi Management & her first mixtape, ‘Call Me Claudette’ was officially released on the 20th of November 2012 for free online downloads. This mixtape features tracks co-written with Kayven Temperely of Eskimo Joe, Jade MacRae, Phrase & Cameron McGlinchey.

The 38 minute mixtape features beats from De La Soul, 9th Wonder, Hocus Pocus, Jase Catherine of Obese Records & cuts, samples & scratches, fully mixed by DJ Rellik.

Claudette, formerly Cobi’s stage name, is her alter-ego. The mixtape was created based upon a theme of split personality… Taking on another identity, on which Cobi admits she has done for years.

The cover art, in vein of the ‘Snellen Eye Chart’, the hospital ID bracelet & the psychiatric patient admission form to ‘self admit’ at ‘Ward 108’ on the website… all speak on behalf of Cobi / Claudette.

She has received a lot of interest, mainly from New York & London labels & is creating quite the stir within the industry.

Previously, Cobi was signed to a production label in London, fronted by ASCAP award winning song writer Tom Nichols (Celine Dion and Sugababes to Hall & Oats and Kylie Minogue).
