FUNKALLEROS was formed by Abe Dunovits in 2004 to present his own latin american style compositions in Australia. Abe comes from Argentina, but spent his youth in Spain. He started playing in Perth indie rock bands in 1991 and recorded extensively with different rock and experimental bands. He released a full length album of his own compositions with his band FUNKALLEROS in 2005. The other members of FUNKALLEROS are Raul Rojas, from Panama, Mario Horvat, from Croatia, his brother German Dunovits, Melissa Skinner and Adrian Hicks from Western Australia. The band aims to amalgamate different styles of music, such as Latin American, Caribbean, Rock, Blues, Reggae and Flamenco to create music with a distinct Latin flavour, tasty guitars, horn arrangements and strong driving percussion. When FUNKALLEROS play, you know its going to be a HI POWER experience!

Although I appreciate the guitar work, I 'd prefer acoustic guitars. Strong track nevertheless, very radio friendly.
