Newcastle based, screamo/post hardcore band ‘Falling for Beloved’ busted onto the scene in late 2006. The six-piece combine catchy lyrics, powerful screams, and brutal riffs, contrasted with clean back-up vocals and soft keys, as well as a consistently solid rhythm section with the bass and drums.

In early 2007, they recorded their 4 track demo entitled ‘Ethereal Beauty’ and followed it up later in the year with the release of their 6 track debut EP, ‘A Death In The Author’

Their intense live performances have gained them a strong fan base, as they literally sweat every detail with conviction. They passionately deliver an energetic performance with every show they play.

Since forming, the band has played alongside artists such as The Rivalry, Wish For Wings, A Silent Fiction, Anime Fire, Benneson Theory, Mourning Tide, The Bright Star Alliance and many more.

Falling for Beloved definitely have a unique, new and fresh sound which has pushed the boundaries of the screamo scene as we know it.

The band is currently working on their new EP ‘Again, With a Difference’ and regularly playing shows in Newcastle and surrounding regions....
