I learnt the violin when I was 8, learnt flute when I was 12 & then learnt guitar when I was 13. I wrote my first ever song in Gd. 5, without instrument accompaniment; but it was a start. Going through the Music classes as electives & fast tracking the VCE subject taught me about chord structures, & the product are these songs.

For us Aussies, ANZAC day just passed, and we've remembered the 40,000 or so that died. In WWII, our family, the Hutchins, lost the most from any one generation in the country- 7 brothers served, and 3 came back.
