Palorus Jack bring you Martini Pop!

Palorus Jack seem to find themselves in a pickle when it comes to describing their sound. An obvious respect to the piano as a pop instrument, together with a seriousness about songwriting and composition, brings together a sound that is sophisticated yet accessible. That is the essence of Martini Pop! To add to the eclectic combination, a dual lead vocal arrangement bringing together the best of boy-girl harmonies gives listeners more than they could ever ask for from this special group of Melbourne musicians.

They have continued to develop a solid reputation in Melbourne as one of the most intriguing live acts in town, equally comfortable playing soulful ballads as they are with tongue-in-cheek bossa nova rhythms. With some growing recognition in the local music scene behind them, and an album release planned to follow up from their well received 2007 self-titled EP, it is no wonder that Palorus Jack and their unique brand of Martini Pop are stirring up the music faithful.
