Supermarket is a live dose of original electronic music and imagery, delivered with equal emphasis. After cramming two international tours and a demo release into their first year, Supermarket continue to serve up food for the soul and a feast for the senses. Breakbeats of varying tempo ranging from dub and glitch through to dancehall and drum n' bass are met with video- animated and celluloid imagery ranging from the abstract to the sampled and remixed. Live audio-visual shows launched in November in Buffalo, New York followed by a US/Canada mini-tour, and follow-up tour April-June 2008. With supports for Salmonella Dub(NZ), Calyx (UK) and De La Soul (NY) under their belt, stay tuned for dates around Australia this Spring including the This Is Not Art festival in Newcastle.
