A formidable blend of musical interests and backgrounds, Ecliptic formed when drummer Paul Hudson and singer/keyboardist Simon Watson, accustomed to playing together in various cover band formats, realised they needed an outlet for their love of pop/rock music. Add the incredibly creative mind of bassist Craig Kickbush, and the unique textures of guitarist Phil Hirvela, and the sound of Ecliptic was born.

Ecliptic produced a full length self-titled album, and has now decided to release each new song as they are finished, available to members of ecliptic.com.au.
