“If there’s one thing Bird Automatic know, it’s melody. It was written all over their self-titled debut EP which came out last year. That’s why we picked up their beautiful tune ‘Suburbs’ from a bit of airplay.
Bird Automatic’s sound is an ethereal one. The instruments all meld together to create a warm halo of intertwining guitars dipped in reverb and soft synthesiser chords. Chris Bradstreet’s vocals are understated but endearing. It’s gorgeous indie pop." Dom Alessio, Triple J
