On a sunny morning in January 2007, two people, a guitar and a flute, caught a bus from Hobart to Launceston to meet a red haired trumpet player...

They started playing something in the mall, though nobody really knew what it was...

The brother of the trumpet player had a fantastic idea - "Why not call yourselves Obi-Wan?" he said. (Six years old - just watched Star Wars for the first time)

So they did.

Obi-Wan can often be found playing in the hobart or Launceston malls, adding a vibrant atmosphere to the shopping day.
