Wilderness is a 5-piece indie rock outfit hailing from Brisbane.

With their music revolving around sweet symphonic instrumentals and a blend of powerful and haunting vocal textures, Wilderness draws musical inspiration from artists such as Sigur Ros, Fleet Foxes and Boy & Bear to create an atmosphere of adventure, tranquility and freedom.

Not only is Wilderness one of the most committed and dedicated acts behind the scenes and in the studio, but the level of enthusiasm being demonstrated in their live show will have audiences captivated.

Their debut single ‘Child of Day’ has been awarded with 2nd place in the prestigious ACMF National Songwriting Competition, has peaked at Number 2 on the Triple J Overall Charts and is receiving radio play from several national and international radio stations.
