Since moving to Sydney in 2006 Alex has grown his fan base and is now a reputable musician in Sydney’s singer/songwriter scene. Spending much time busking down in Circular Quay, playing numerous gigs at venues such as The Basement, Lizottes and The Brass Monkey, Alex's career has developed from strength to strength.

He has been lucky enough to support bands such as 'The Black Sorrows', 'Mental as Anything', and 'The Potbelleez', which has given him greater confidence. His performance skills have continued to develop and he is recognised for his fantastic voice and highly emotive style.

Alex recently launched his debut album entitled 'This is Life' to a packed audience at Sydney's iconic 'The Basement'. His supporters filled The Basement late on a Wednesday night and were in awe of Alex’s incredible performance with his band. His album has so far seen success with positive reviews and has reached number 2 on the iTunes singer/songwriter charts.

Looking to the future Alex hopes to grow his fan base and perform to wider audiences, and even says that an Australian tour is on the cards. His goal is to inspire people. Alex says “I love playing music, it is what I do. If I can help people and inspire them then I can be proud of what I’ve accomplished”.
