D-Ko’s live set-up incorporates breathtaking female vocals, melting synth lines, rocking guitar, throbbing bass and pounding drums and percussion. This pulsating brew of breaks, dub and tribal grooves has set dance floors alight at many venues and events from Brisbane to Melbourne.

D-Ko’s debut long-player The Rule Of Thirds is a journey in the true sense of the word - not just through musical realms, but of a band discovering what they're truly capable of. From the uplifting chorus of opening track 'Golden Eyes' to the eastern-influenced dub of 'Forever Away', The Mobius Cube production team have not only captured the power of the D-Ko live sound, but also helped explore sonic palettes that have previously remained untouched. Where tribal workouts 'The Spanish Lover' and 'The Story Of The Drum That Never Was' are purpose built to smash dancefloors, the sweet melodies of 'Walk On' and Massive Attack-esque 'Crossfire' showcase Evelyn Golding's voice to stunning effect.

D-Ko first started playing their fusion of breaks, house, dub and tribal sounds in early 2000. The influence of live electronic acts Underworld and The Bird soon reared its head, inspiring the act to pump out an entourage of breakbeat-driven psychedelia. The past five years have seen the group evolve from being an electronic duo into a dynamic and high energy live four-piece electronic act.

The result is the release of debut album The Rule Of Thirds and a string of national tours throughout 2006 and in 2007 about to surface. This is the breathtaking culmination of a 5 year odyssey…but in many ways, the story really begins now...

With an electrifying new live show and a fresh arsenal of killer tunes, D-Ko are set to unleash themselves on an unsuspecting nation.
