Constantly touring the Australia circuit drumming for Byron Bay folk/indie pop band The Lucky Wonders, Nastaij (pronounced Nah-stay-sh) has had a lot of travels in which to write songs, drawing inspiration from her surrounds.

She also plays drums for rock out fit The Argonauts, who have started a local buzz in anticipation of their first EP release.

Nastaij first started drumming at a very early age, and having her uncle playing digital underground and kris kross around the house, meant that hip hop cemented itself in her veins.

Nastaij moved to Lismore,NSW to study music at SCU, which ignited a passion to record and perform and also saw her take runner up in the hip hop division of the 2011 lismore young song writers competition and a nomination for songwriter of the year.

The track "stand up and piss was recorded by Jason Murchie and features Nastaij on all instruments and vocals.

She is currently in the studio recording her first EP, (release may 2013) which will feature some of the northern rivers finest up and coming musicians.

With her poppy yet vicious vocals, she is surely one not to miss!
