Pretty cool slacker indie. I love the verses but the chorus doesn't quite pack the punch I was expecting. But that's okay, the bridge brings it home!
This new Hawks track is a straight killer. No fuss, just restless garage drone.
this song is great - a solid progression for the band and a clear standout amongst an already impressive collection of tracks
It's too well constructed to be considered slacker rock, but it's certainly got that ripping nineties guitar vibe to it. Especially the killer half-time roll to the end. Yeah, fetch my plaid shirt.
Gah! You guys rule. Thanks for the new stuff.
YEP, Bitchin'.
a very hooky track, reminds me of the earlier years of the grates, a little quirky, i didnt grab me hugely, but by all means its not a bad song, i think in time though these guys just may hit there nitch and just bust out one of those hooky numbers that everyone will love and woble there head to, all in all, i look forward to here more stuff from theses guys and see how they go,
Light and simple - love it. Catchy chorus.
you are amazing. 90s influence sounds great! Can't wait to get your EP :)
Does it need to be said? Catchy tune, all round deliciousness
Love you guys, had the pleasure to see you live
I cannot stop listening to this song. So good! Love the harmonies, and the thrashy breakdown at the end, after all the sweetness prior.
I absolutely love you guys, this song is amazing! :)
Nice and catchy. Sweetly presented tale of abandonment! Lovely vocals!!
nice cruisy vocals, good sounding band. Made my ears happy
Love the unabashed '90s indie vibe. I'd like a bit more variety in the vocal melody, but I love that guitar tone. Promising stuff.
Sounds across between Faker and the Falling Joys. The music has that melancholy yep poppy feel to it. The song is well produced and all band members show off their indie flair. This is topped by some sweet and pretty vocals. Overall a solid indie tune!
there is nothing wrong with the 90's.... nothing at all! loving this band.
Enjoyable, if slightly predictable late-90s indie. The lyrics go downhill from around the 2:20 mark, but its not a total disaster.
A great, simple song, i fell in love with the vocals as soon as the first word. A bit more variety would make it far better, but still, a great band and a great song. Has been added to my iTunes 'relaxmusic' playlist. Thanks again, JJJ, for introducing me to another amazing song.
Soothing and calm vocal mixing with slightly over-driven guitar is awesome. I love the use of tambourine.
this song reminds me a bit of the Pixies. A good tight sound and some very nice tones in the singer's voice. the words have purpose in their tale and i like the sweet chorus, A good clean piece from SA i think!
nice
very simple and beautiful. she has a very soothing voice.
I'm digging the 90's Indie Rock thing thats going on here, but I expected somthing more. It is a good song but there isn't much variety and the song didn't really develop. Apart from that, I enjoyed the track
I enjoy how this song is so easy to listen to but still has some guts
ever since i heard a glimpse of this song it's been stuck in my head.. beautiful. pumped for more from this threesome
Interesting song and sound - reminiscent of early Sarah Blasko in the voice and also The Clouds
