It is so pleasing to hear the girls present such a a well produced track. Quite different in feel to their previous offerings. The lead vocalist has an amazing tonal quality and the subtle use of horns and backing vocals in the chorus make for a very catchy song.
These girls have been around for a long time now and really deserve more recognition for doing the hard yards, This song really reflects their versatility and amazing depth with vocals..I like it but must admit I prefer their new soul material

A warm and happy song about friendship lifting to new heights, opening possibility, strengthening us. Plenty of imaginative arrangement ideas and an exciting snappy guitar solo reminiscent of George Harrison's playing. The vocal harmonies also seem to draw on The Beatles, which is probably not surprising for a neo-Motown band like Sweethearts because The Beatles drew heavily on Motown. It's easy to imagine this song becoming the soundtrack for celebrations. It might be interesting to hear a "heavier" more rocky arrangement but as it is the song is a wonderful addition to the Sweethearts recorded work and the production work has clearly been painstaking. Well done Sweethearts!
