The Small Sea Thieves are a young, student duo out of Melbourne producing thoughtfully enriched sounds full of ambient melodies and a sweet vocal line that creates colourful soundscapes and a bright atmospherica.

The pair recorded their first track 'Subconsciously' in a backyard/garage studio in late 2010. The track itself is full of multiple melodies that complement one another, holding a mild electronic feel to it, and a fresh, elegant vocal line that sways within the melodies.
