About
Electric Exiles share a love for the gritty and groovier side of pop. Their debut single ‘A Dizzy Fashion’ was mixed by Dylan Adams (DMA’s, Sticky Fingers). The music and culture website, Tone Deaf, premiered their debut single calling it "An absolute captivating fuzz pop gem.” Assembling mid-2014 in Adelaide as a result of long time friendships and meeting at local gigs, the band quickly built a strong presence throughout the following year supporting Aussie favourites The Preatures, Harts and Citizen Kay. The band prides themselves on their highly energetic and electric live show, which is not to be missed. Electric Exiles Garage Disco-Pop sound draws influence from the 60’s, 70’s and 90’s, delivering high-energy vocals over gritty guitar tones with feathering keys that swirl through a rolling rhythm section.
