Stylistically, Matt Murray is a mixture of folk, punk, rock and roots. He draws influence from the likes of Wil Wagner (The Smith Street Band), Georgia Maq (Camp Cope) and Paul Kelly. Being a multi-instrumentalist he also plays drums in fellow Unearthed band RUNK.
