This is the sound of a band full of life. It’s the sound of the erratic, dark hours of an unscripted night out, followed by the reflective and somber time of a dawn walk home. The Salvagers are a Sydney band that combine rock with electronics and multiple vocalists into a unique sound that is quickly earning the four – piece a solid fan base an a reputation for powerful live shows


Released in late 2009, The Salvagers EP was recorded with UK producer Lee Groves at Electric Avenue Studios in Sydney. Mixed in the UK by Chris Sheldon, the debut captures the dirty, sweaty, energetic sound of The Salvagers, tempered with intricate, focused and enduring arrangements. Above all else, these songs are an honest and unguarded representation of the four great friends behind it.
