Who needs Austin, Texas ... Australia has its own music industry conference! And it lives in Adelaide, the city of churches. And now the city of a ripping festival that attracts some of the biggest names in the Oz music world with showcases, masterclasses and guest speakers. In its time the Fuse Festival has given a leg up to the likes of Pete Murray, the Hilltop Hoods & The Audreys.

But there is something missing from this year's festival -- a blues and roots act to perform at the major showcase Explode, a haven for all the recognised music industry heads. And that's where you come in fair friend ... if you're an unsigned act and you have roots as one of your genres, then we want to send your band to Adelaide to perform. You'll get return flights to Adelaide from your nearest capital city, two nights accomodation, plus two passes to the songwriting masterclass and access for all band members to the conference.
Just get your stuff uploaded to the site by midnight Sunday 10th February (and make sure one of your genres is roots). Then keep your ears close to the radio when we announce the winner soon after. It could be you schmoozing with record company execs!
