BIO StUFF IF YOU CAN BOTHERED READING ALL THIS
An MBA graduate and marketing professional Anderson was a late starter in music. It was his cricketing cousin Stuart MacGill who, whilst on tour during the 2005 Ashes Series in England, came to a gig and convinced him that he should move to Sydney and record an album because his rendition of "Babylon" was better than David Gray's.

Playing his first gig in a London bar to a few barflys and his flatmates 5 years ago, Anderson has enjoyed modest grass root success, supporting his favourite band, Triple J favourites Epicure, and successfully launching his debut album, Wish It All Away to over 450 people in three shows across Australia.

Positive reviews have begun to flow, with the Sunday Telegraph giving his album 3.5 stars. Apparently it 'sits well on the shelf next to Pete Murray' and is on a par with Brian McFadden, but not quite as good as Sigur Ros. Something he is quite comfortable with given his comparative size of his marketing budget!

His genuinely emotive acoustic balladry and warm aching voice has a certain honesty to it that would sit well with fans of David Gray, Pete Murray and Paul Kelly. So much so that Anderson once stumbled across a note that was scribbled on a table after one of his jazz cellar gigs that read "He's really good, but he sounds like Something for Kate/Pete Murray". What's wrong with that!
