.: a note to our fans - thanks to all you folk who reviewed Sunny Day and helped it climb to number 1 on the electronic charts! If you missed out but would like to hear it, try our website. We've taken it down so we may give you a taste of My World - check it out now! :) - Candie, Nic, El, Mark & Dan :.

BIO: eytis are known for not only playing memorable gigs, but also creating memorable experiences.

They turned up to their first residency carrying all their gear entirely on freak bikes - bass amps, keyboards, laptops, mic stands, effects units, digital routers - the works.

They've thrown a festival in a forest clearing in the mountains, inviting local bands and DJs to be a part of it.

They've confused and energised a bunch of weary mountain bike racers.

And they've provided the soundtrack for not only a short film, but many a cheeky cocktail in many of Canberra's premier lounge bars.

Their sound is somewhat hard to label, fusing electronic beats with samples from around the globe, warm and funky basslines, angelic vocals, and luscious synth lines.

It's lounge-dance, ambient-funk, acoustic-trance, techno-folk and cheeky disco pop. It's serious and fun. It's electronic, but warm, breathy, funky.

DJ/"Drummer" Mark has spun choons for more than a decade, and brings dancefloor sensibility to the mix.

Elliot is a doctor of bass and quantum physics, and injects the funkiest of riffs into songs where they ought not go, yet strangely do.

Dan switched from his piano to the midi keyboard when he found out his laptop was capable of doing way more than a tax return.

Nic brings porn basslines.

...and Candie's keys and haunting vocals lace it all together.

The songs available for download here are from their debut album, which is nearing completion.

Nice work guys! Finally got off my a_se to post review. Great to have kicking in the background while slaving at work. Keep it up hombres!

My fave of all the Eytis tracks. It starts off so gently, and meanders its way through some permutations on its way towards an emotionally satisfying...

Good solid electronica with something extra that you can't quite put your (dirty) finger on. This track can rock a living room or an underground goth...
