In 2012, Mustered Courage played at every major folk festival in the nation. Through these experiences, these young song-writing pickers slowly earned a reputation for being one of the hottest, exciting and innovative bluegrass bands in the country.

Mustered Courage captivated audiences in December 2012 at the Woodford Folk Festival. This year, the band has now has been added to many more festivals, such as the Port Fairy Folk Fest and The National Folk Festival.

The band's new album "Powerlines" will be released in early 2013. It was produced by Aria Award winning producer Jimi Maroudas (The Living End, Eskimo Joe, Kimbra, Pete Murray).

Mustered Courage recently won the Country Category at the 2012 Music Oz Awards and will be touring extensively in 2013 promoting their new breed of alternative bluegrass to the world.
