"WHERE WERE YOU ON THIS DAY?"
“NINTH OF MAY” is a fresh response to the new edge, encompassing dark and ominous sounds, playing on the emotions of all those exposed. This Brisbane based band with trance-like bass tones, hypnotic guitars, mellifluent vocals and edging drums introduce tempestuous sounds to the masses.
“NINTH OF MAY” members have been in the Music Industry playing in various projects. Not only have they performed with many big name acts but have also toured overseas, gained support through International film and TV syncs, and had airplay with radio stations Triple J, Nova and 4ZZZ in Australia.
With the support of previously winning Triple J’s Unearthed, members have played with the likes of Grinspoon, Hoodoo Guru’s, The Veronica’s and Magic Dirt. They have also performed at international live gigs, festivals and events such as Silverstone F1 Grand Prix, Oktoberfest, Hard Rock Cafes’ and a myriad of other high profile shows.
“NINTH OF MAY” have what it takes to allure any virgin eardrum.
