Hi there,
My band, Hey Big Aki (www.myspace.com/heybigaki), are looking for either a drummer or a general musician (to play one, some, or all of guitar/bass/ukulele/keys/anything else you feel like). If you're willing to sing (either backup vocals, or one side of twin lead vocals) that would be a plus.
We've got original songs written which we need five people to perform live, but at the moment there's only four of us. We're also continually writing new songs which you could contribute to.

Producer looking for Female vocalist/songwriter
I'm a producer/engineer with over 10 years experience looking for a female vocalist/songwriter to collaborate and record.
I need someone with previous experience in recording and a professional attitude toward the process.
My influences are ranged from Zero 7, Imogen Heap through to Bjork, Groove Armada and Massive Attack. I'm looking for a voice the likes of Sia, Skye (Morcheeba), Kirsty Hankshaw (Slovo), Beth Orton.... (quiet a combo!!) but with a uniqueness and mellow tone that compliments the music the way the music should do for the voice.
The style of music can be tagged as chill, lounge, ambient etc etc. I operate out of my production studio in North Brisbane with an aim to complete the remainder of an album before the end of the year.
