10 years of triplejunearthed.com.

Throughout this month, we're celebrating 10 Years of triplejunearthed.com!

We’re making huge withdrawals from the memory bank, looking back at all the best bits that 10 years of Independent, Australian music has had to offer. Here’s what you can dig up:

Firstly, it’s gonna be a big month of music: you’ll hear from heaps of your faves on the radio, with early interviews, #cool #stats, and of course the songs that started it all for artists like Flume, The Rubens, Meg Mac, Tkay Maidza, Washington, and so many others.

We’re also counting down the 100 Best Discoveries from triplejunearthed.com this Saturday, November 12, on triple j. It’s the definitive ranking of the incredible Aussie music we've had the pleasure of sharing with you over the past decade, along with classic uploads and interviews. It's gonna be huge.

You’ll also get an education on all things Unearthed when Dom Alessio hosts the 10 Years of triplejunearthed.com J Files this Thursday night. That one’s gonna be simulcast across triple j, Double J, and Unearthed Digital Radio from 8PM. Be on the lookout for a longform article detailing the Oral History of triplejunearthed.com this week too.

There’s also the Unearthed J Award nominees to meet this Wednesday, #AusmusicTShirtDay coming up in a couple of weeks (order your merch now!), and a little (read: massive, massive, giant, heaps sick) shindig we’re putting on on the 18th for free as part of Melbourne Music Week. Go large for Alex Lahey, Ali Barter, Northeast Party House and All Day.

We’re so excited to celebrate with you.
