Arno Faraji wins Unearthed High 2017!

The rapper and producer from Shenton College in Perth is your Unearthed High champ for 2017, coming off the back of some incredible and forward-thinking hip-hop songs like ‘Destiny’s’ and ‘130 Ego Jump.’

Arno was surprised at his school by Ben and Liam, and quite frankly, lost his shit.

triple j Unearthed Music Director Dave Ruby Howe says: "When you first hit play on Arno Faraji’s track ‘Destiny’s’ you can immediately tell that it’s not your ordinary hip hop track. Yeah, Arno’s raps crackle with intelligence and electrifying attitude but it’s the self produced futuristic house beat that elevates the track to another level. Damn, if it just doesn’t creep down from your ears and propel your feet to dance. In Arno Faraji we’ve discovered this likewise extraordinary teenager who’s only just beginning to the tap the potential of his talent."
