Great follow up to 'Oh Father', it might be even stronger. You manage to make such a simple song sound really full and warm, particularly with the dreamy atmospheric touches in the background. Top shelf.

Really pure stuff. Great voice. People who think they hate alt-country will love this.

A very sweet, yet strong voice. The hook in this track is quite beautiful, as with the rest of the song.

A beautiful roots/blues style tune. The vocals are really strong and full of charisma while the lyrics are quite heart felt and powerful. This is backed with a cool and catchy guitar providing a solid soundtrack. The song does suffer from the poor recording quality. Nevertheless the talent and potential is clearly there (3.5 stars).

Beautiful tune. The vocals are really honest and that's what sells this song. I'd love to hear a better recording of it too.

This tune has great bluegrass qualities but enough hooks to keep it interesting. Her rather unique voice has an honesty that draws you in from the start. Rough production but a strong enough song shines through. (SCOTT OWEN - UPRIGHT BASS/VOCALS)

Very nice sound. As soon as i heard this i thought of Laura Veirs. Vocals have the same strong yet vulnerable quality. Much warmth and integrity in the delivery also.

This is a beautiful song filled with emotion and thought, my soul rings with the infinity after mellowing to this song. I shall remember this on the shores of time.

Great to see you back with another excellent song Danika. Such a visual story - and your harmonies are beautiful. Your voice is very distinctive.

Very pretty, and well composed. Exquisite, soulful vocals, and a very warm acoustic guitar tone. I like the simple drums. But overall the song is somewhat boring, fashionable, and predictable.
