It's hard not to listen to this over and over again. It's uniquely hypnotic.

This dense dirge beat has been rattling all through my head. That Guerre punctuates it with that schoolboy croon just makes it even more unshakable.

Another faultless tune from Sydney's Guerre. This one just stays nice and low as the cracked samples and vocal bends flutter across the place.

And Monsieur Lavurn Lee: how come you only have this one, albeit stunning, track up for download on the site? I heard this Sydney producer a year ago, on Lewi's Lunch, and promptly downloaded the Darker My Love: Remixes EP. The Millennium Blues remix is in my Top Played iTunes playlist. 'Nuff said. Elegant, poignantly poised, refreshingly original (in a sea of beige electronica) and haunting - this is Guerre in a few words.

The soundtrack for midnight ghosts. Totally lush and intoxicating.

We’re really impressed with this guys production, he seems quite patient with his instrumental tracks and the rhythm is quite scattered and loose but maintains a level of excitement. It seems to be reminiscent of the samples he uses and maybe an environment that you might find yourself dancing in.

If the fairies in the rainforest were crying, I’d stand up and listen. Listen to this. You can hear their tears touch the ground.

Poignant is the key word for me. Totally captivating. I'm really curious to see this fabulous Sydney muso blow up as the electronic trend proceeds and competition gets bigger. You're adding your own unique spin and it's refreshingly beautiful.
