Pitch-shifted vocal samples aren't my musical cup of tea, but credit for working it into the verse as an instrument in its own right. The warm-toned synth bass and drum fills in the last verse are nice production touches as well. The rhymes are relatively simple, which isn't much of a criticism- too much complexity could have overwhelmed the narrative, so it works well here.

Best indie song of 2010. Found this from Jaydos JJJ top ten picks & find i relate to it on many levels. Song is very catchy yet dark and takes the listener through a mixed story. 5 STARS
