Brooding, beautiful, dreamy soundscape. My heart aches during that guitar solo.

This is some very tasty frozen doom-gaze. Hopefully that made up genre's not too unflattering but the point is that No Art are still in a class of their own.

Like a similarly named American duo, you clearly have a love of scuzzy tones and lively tempo. But where most bands working around this territory would likely incinerate the song in a blaze of screaming distortion, you were clever enough to pull back the throttle; proving that pop and noise needn't be enemies. Confession time: It's been a little while now since I've listened to Triple J (sorry, Richard). With stuff like this on the air, I better tune that dial back.

An experimental post punk tune sounding a bit like The Cure or Siouxsie and the Banshees. The band pull off the dark and moody sound with exceptional flair putting out a feeling of gloom and despair. A dark and rough indie tune with reminiscent of Sonic Youth or the Jesus and Mary Chain. There's several bursts of loud hard hitting guitar distortion that gives the song that solid shoe gazer sound scape. Beneath this are some infectiously catchy tunes that get your head nodding away. The track goes on all sorts of journeys with the loud heavy moments, slow post-punk moments and some bright and poppy moments. As a result the track is unpredictable with a lot of twists and turns but every one of these is full of excitement and amazement! This is one totally amazing offering!

The song twists and turns beautifully, with an ominous drone somehow always present. Very subversive and very cool.

Time warp. This track sounds like it could easily have been pulled out of a cassette found at a garage sale labeled "demos" somewhere in New York around '95. Simple and dreamy...don't know what she's singing about but who cares?

I find it awkward. I don't feel a flow to the track at times. But somehow it works. One of the most confusing songs I've ever heard. I hate it, then I start to like it. So I listen again. And I really like it. Strange.... Raw, like most Indie tracks, which is something I like. Very sneaky on you, things change without you noticing. Overall, I like :)

I really thought that the quetly droning sound that played behind the verses added a lot, made the song sound incredibly hypnotizing. I enjoyed it.
