The singer sounds like the real deal. He really lifts this song. And that harmonica is killer.

On top of mastering those tones (scuzzy but not lost fuzz...it's a fine line!) i reckon you've also come up with a great chugging beach bum pop song. It actually staggers along nicely, as the name might suggest. I like what you did there.

If the harmonica was ever going to find the perfect slot in modern indie/gritty/fuzzy music, it's exactly the way you've done it.

Melbourne just keeps cranking out the garage rock gems. Maybe it's the harmonica, maybe it's the rhythm, but this has swag.

Awesome mix between taking retro influence and creating something new! Vocalist sounds like he found the blues at the crossroads. But more so between tuckerfield st and shell rd than some far gone american impersonation.

I love how lo-fi recordings separate the good songwriting from the not-so-good. And this proves it. A top song! And as you said, declaring your love for the TeePee. But is there a line about the "Curse of the cameltoe"?

There's plenty of garage rock around at the moment but these guys have set themselves apart with their authenticity and style. It's dirty, swampy, melodic and bursting with heartache. Pour yourself a whiskey and have a listen.
