Love the dark production and lyrics, and the approach of treating the vocal as another instrument.

The production is wonderful as always but Callum your vocals are just terrific. So commanding but there's also this fragility that really makes your overall sound so accessible. You are killing it, my friend.

This song has a bit of everything; intricate production, emotional tone, big beat drops and plenty of steeze in the vocal delivery. And it all works. This is excellent.

Another emotionally charged track that explores yet again, another interesting concept from your point of view. This dives straight into that left-field, indie R&B style. It's sophisticated and intricate, placing you right into this whirlwind of emotion.

We've known you are great at production for a long time, but you are also very very good at lyrics. let's not let that go unnoticed.

The constant construction of experimental tang by elkkle has me hooked. I think i'm in serious need of some more left-field electronic layers of production in 2017 and Callum, you have what I need!

So much tension, texture and beauty in this one and I'm 110% here for it. I'm honestly lost for words, Callum. Really impressed.

I love the sonic complexities of elkkle's work. From the fragmented lyrics to the glitchy percussive beats, to the dripping synths and the bass that appears and disappears like a whisper of smoke. Frails is no exception - it's all at once intangible yet catchy, which is what brings me back again and again.

This has to be my favourite offering from you yet! Vocal delivery is STRONG and the music surrounding that is like hazy, ambient waves crashing one over the other and gently pulling you in.

Thanks for teaching me how to pronounce this dope but equally baffling word. Also fun fact, I once called your voice 'melty' on radio - I since haven't thought of a better descriptor though, tbh.

The way the groove builds on this track to really pull you in, mirroring the forward motion of the vocal, makes for a enjoyable journey from start to finish. Chet Faker tones at times in the vocal performance (which isn't a bad thing) but the combination of voice and production style is straight elkkle.

The detailed and expressive production on this track at times feels like it outshines the fairly straight forward vocal although by the same point the vocal provides an earthy grounding to elkkle's soaring composition. Hugely impressive nonetheless.

Not only did I get to groove to this tune, but I also learnt that Diderot was a French philosopher and is the inspiration for the "Diderot Effect". This song has so much going for it, musically and intellectually.

Oh elkkle, you never fail to amaze me with your carefully crafted miniature worlds of sound. Richly textured and velvety production with sparse percussion beats and truly unique synths is the key to my heart. You've done it again.

This track is so hauntingly beautiful I really feel engulfed by it. I don't know how you did it, but you managed to stir something in me that I didn't really know existed. A beautiful wash of words and sound.
