Great track from the restlessly creative brain of Lupa J. Crisp and a bit more club ready than some of their past releases, I'm loving this moment.

unsurprisingly lupa j again takes hold of you and it works best if you just run with her because the ride is wild and so worth it.

they should invent a special defibrillator so that it pulses lupa j hits like this dark, writhing beauty through people's bodies when they don't have a pulse.

Let's not play, Imogen has leveled up on this one. Pointy but undeniably danceable.

You're going from strength to strength, Imogen. This is some of the best dynamic play I've heard from you yet.

Gives you that feeling like there's both darkness and neon coursing through your veins. Like a wild pack of goths wreaking havoc down the Las Vegas strip.

Self-produced, self-performed, self-sung, self-strung - Lupa really is the WHOLE package. Can't really find any chinks in this Armour - a near-Ace from top to bottom.

There's a restrained sense of anger in the music which mirrors the restrained / suppressed emotions of the character being sung to. Great violin parts too - in pop it's rare for the instrument to sound this sinister, and the tension it brings is more than welcome.

A powerful yet chilling electronic tune reminiscent of the Cocteau Twins or This Mortal Coil. The dark but beautiful sounds create a vivid atmosphere that transports you to some far away and alien land. On top of this Lupa's voice is full of strength and emotion as she blasted out some phenomenally beautiful sounds!

Gees this is good. It's like this cold and lifeless machine that's gradually waking, and has this slight urgency that opens up as all it's moving parts come together. Also, that little breakdown with the strings was super nice.

I've always been a fan of Lupa's work but I reckon this is her strongest tune so far. It channels all her strengths into a song you can't ignore.

Swinging beat, huge building bassline, great lyrics, that voice ! put this one in the zone of Billie Eilish’s darker heavier tracks - the best ones - but still uniquely, outstandingly Lupa. I agree - her best track yet.

reminds a little of lana, over some lushess production, the change over strings creates some good interest and wonder, it feels sparse and it sounds like driving at night passing street lights, the electronix making exchanges between the sounds
