A nice twist in the sonic palette for Amela. There's this dark, woodsy energy through this track.

Wow yeah, didn't see this collab coming but how great do your vocals sound alongside Jaz! Really cool you guys, well done.

Impressed to hear Amela stretching out with this new collaboration. The chorus is gonna be in my head for the rest of the day.

What a tempestuous track: that sweet verse leading you into the stormy chorus, throwing you round while you ride the song's emotional ocean. This is a unexpected collab but it's produced the goods.

So clean! If you remove the vocals, the music sounds like it could've come of an early Eskimo Joe album. The vocals make the song uniquely Amela. Great stuff.

Strong start, nice floot, really nice vocal melodies. Its really nice.. except one problem.
This track is in need of a serious De-Essing. The vocals are way too harsh currently. Please redo the EQ with De-Esser on the vocals to remove the harsh 's' 'ch' and 't' sounds which spoil this otherwise monstrous folky poppy fun time.

Yet another gorgeous track from one of the most promising artists in the Gold Coast, beautiful instrumentation and vocals as usual

Wow. This song was definitely something surprising and unexpected from Amela. I love the worldly panflute/synth sounding samples. It's a great upbeat track and something I could listen to on repeat. Amela is such a fantastic songwriter.

What a great song! Recorded well, fantastic lyrics and vocals. From the quiet opening with just one acoustic guitar and a clean electric guitar, it gradually builds with vocal overdubs and harmonies until the drums and bass kick in with gusto at the one minute mark. Really unique folky pop song. Though that description doesn't really do it justice. It starts of as a pretty run of the mill folky pop tune but they way they build this song at each turn is sneaky and brilliant. The vocals are really strong. Really unique folky pop song. Though that description doesn't really do it justice. It starts of as a pretty run of the mill folky pop tune but they way they build this song at each turn is sneaky and brilliant. The vocals are really strong. They're misty and dreamy without being flakey and by the 3 minute mark you're singing along and find yourself lost in a festival with a thousand other mates wondering how you got there. But more than that it's such a cool melody and it feels so simple. I feel like I've been fooled somehow. Is it the same riff all the way through? How is this so intriguing while just being a bunch of guitars and voices? There must be some sorcery going on here. Let the spell take you. It's a sweet ride.
