It's simply put, but this song really hit home for me. There's no hyperbole here, it's a just a runaway train of thought, one little moment that sets off an existential crisis, and haven't we all been there? It's heartfelt and deft songwriting and a shining example of why Ainslie's an Australian treasure.

Ainslie's a special one. I've come back to this song for third helpings now and am still ready for a bit more.

One of my favorite musical memories will forever be you, Alex Lahey and Nai Palm at that Face The Music songwriting session 2 years ago. You're always such a privilege to listen to.

Exhibit Umpteen that Ainslie is a real one. She's telling it how it is on a brave n' bluesy sonic switch-up with a powerful, moving message. Count me among those who love her for what she truly is and what most others try to be: an artist's artist.

Just in case you had any doubt that Ainslie Wills is one of this country's best songwriters, this emotive pop song comes to slap you in the face. Love the deeply soulful vocal and the sparse, inventive production too.

A salve for all your social anxieties. That this song can pack so much feeling into its restrained frame is proof of Ainslie's songwriting prowess.

I have been such a huge fan ever since I saw you support The Paper Kites at Northcote 5 years ago. I adore your voice, your beautifully crafted arrangements and the message of this song is something I can really relate to right now. I can't tell you how great it is to hear from you again, Ainslie!
