Copping a few flashbacks to Suicide Season, but then the melody takes it to another place. Wholesome choruses.

I'd heard that The Light The Dark were also renowned scholars in 9th century Viking history but now I know it myself cos they just pillaged my ears with this one.

It's swings between massively different moods without sounding like it's just jumping between genres willy-nilly. Love that term: Willy. Nilly.

i thought the balance had fully tipped towards the fearsome side on this one but then there's the necessary respite and melody. another sick offering.

Another run on the board for TLTD. Alternating between atmosphere and heaviness with precision.

Bringing that metalcore savagery with a few of those classic symphonic metal tropes. The synth melody in particular is such an unexpected touch. This is a thundering hammerblow but it's also a sinister little brooder.

This song is epic got the balance of heavy with the clean hooks. Lyrics are relatable for anyone going through shit like we all do. release the burden.

YES DUDES!! This is sensational! Great Balance of melodic progression mixed with some awesome rhythmic sections. The way the songs dynamics move from heavy chug rhythms into awesome soaring vocals and the strip back to the almost orchestral vibe is excellent! Keep it up legends!
