About

40 Bends was formed in 2004 in Lithgow, Blue Mountains, NSW. The band is still currently based in Lithgow and is in the process of recording their debut album titled 'The Truth & Other Tall Stories'. The band has established strong local support and was the winner of the 2005 Battle Of The Bands Competition held at the Central Hotel, Lithgow.
