I still listen to Coven and your Butterfly EP at least once a week so very excited about this new release and the new record on the way. The way you blend those monstrous, stomping heavy metal sounds and those sharp, soaring vocals are so effortless and completely stunning. Thornhill back with some deep heat. Swelling moments made even grittier by their proximity to those moodier sections.

Thornhill showing their progression with every track - this is no exception as the band meld some biting heaviness with spine-tingling vocals.

Dude, nice. I want to see this live; the song just unfolds and evolves, and seeing it nailed in the flesh would be something

When I was a teeny bloke, I used to listen mostly just to August Burns Red, and that mostly for the guitar parts. You have some of that same mathematical ferocity.

That climactic shred-fest around the 2:30 mark had me in suspense. What a sick band!

it's sounds weird to say polished but this sounds as polished as it is enormous. maybe it's more pro, the heavy hands of total pros.

I couldn't help the little 'ooh!' that escaped my mouth when this started. Thornhill is one of those rare Australian heavy acts which pushes their own boundaries with each release, yet consistently hits the mark. How does this sound so gritty but so clean at the same time?! I'm so excited for the future of this band.

THORNY. YES. I am so insanely excited for The Dark Pool to drop in October. You guys have captivated me from first listen and every track you've released since has been phenomenal. Creepy riffs, crawling bass and spiky beats. A beautiful cacophony of reptilian tones.
