this chorus is straight from the sad pop top drawer of pinkish blu and it's a great tactic leading with it too.

Was just on Aaron Sorkin's IMDB, dude was really ahead of his time! Example below.

Justin Timberlake in The Social Network (2010): "A million dollars isn't cool...you know what's cool? ̶A̶ ̶b̶i̶l̶l̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶d̶o̶l̶l̶a̶r̶s̶!̶ Healing your persistent emotional fragility with a new Pinkish Blu song."

This one’s been just one of my favourite unreleased tracks from your live set for SO LONG. So I can’t express enough how excited I am to finally hear this. I love every moment, word, sound. Excellent songwriting every time and I love your ability to carry depth and meaning in your words. That chorus is an epic and I love how momentous it feels. PB always on the rise bby!

Didn't realise that The 1975 were uploading their music to Unearthed but I sure am glad about it. Vivid images in this one.

Pinkish Blu have this knack of writing lyrics that look appalling on paper but when delivered they just sort of... work? This band rule.

Some enviable buzz building around this band. Sounds like they can exist in a few different worlds thanks to their influences and balance of light and dark.

The hazy '80s production and that casual vocal delivery really works for me.

Your songwriting is next level gorgeous. It's like reading a book. It's reflective, descriptive and full of depth, ideas and thought. I can't get enough. Capricorn - beautiful in all parts.

10/10. While I wish my name was Jacob. Everything about this song is slick, crystal clear, heartfelt, passionate and overall stunning. I have a really exciting feeling about you guys and I'm so pumped for what's to come. Brice, your voice is so mesmerising and just shines in this chorus. I felt like I was free falling in that chorus line. This track is just undoubtedly hopelessly roma...

So glad we've got a studio version of this! Love the dark and light especially in the vocal line, and how the drums and synths really accentuate the rhythm every other instrument has. Coupon has been a fave of mine from your live set for a long time, and now I can listen to it whenever I bloody well want - thank you.

Dreamy and dreary all at once. Really big fan of the imagery you create with your lyrics - "I wrote the words 'I love you' 'cause an old French film from '65 told me to" is such a vivid line. Not as strong as Capricorn and Lovely in my opinion, but still a banger.

It's amazing how Pinkish Blu can write music that sounds like it's straight from a private journal rather than lyrics made in the studio. It's like musing into a song rather than with pen and paper. Beautiful blend of electronic/synths and the guitar. This track made my heart flutter.

I love the sonic landscapes this song provides. While it's a really laid back tune and real intimate with the vocals, it does not hold back on the dreamy aesthetic.
