Filled with that rich, earthy country feel. And a whole lotta warmth.

gee whiz I adore the line "nothing scares me more than drowning in the past water". reminds me a lot of Maggie Rogers and the way she paints these stunning, expansive landscapes with her songwriting.

'bleeding out' was one of my faves of 2018 and it's great to have grace back with a song that will capture you and stitch itself to your heart after a few listens.

No two ways about it, this is a top track from Grace! She's got a clear ease when it comes to putting all the right elements together and doubly so a way with words.

That guitar is so dreamy and soothing, and your voice is so smooth and dreamy as well (sorry for using "dreamy" twice but I stand by it) I can just imagine seeing this song performed live and feeling very swept away in the moment. Just gorgeous.

That guitar in the opening is the most soothing, calming and satisfying tones I've heard in a long time. You have a gorgeous voice and a great knack for song writing.

Grace, this is masterful. Really nicely set up and the way you strip the guitar back in those verses really lets your vocals shine through. And all this for a debut? Increds in my books.

Past waters has got those indie folk vibes that I love so much in a song. I think the mix doesn’t do you justice though. There’s lots of tinny artefacts that are such a travesty for such a great song.

Gets you right at the beginning with that voice, there's this sort of laid back charm that turns into something else - something stronger. The whole thing is just very well crafted isn't it.

I only recently discovered Grace and her band playing a Sofar event and then at WAM Fest. With most artists I find I can usually pick or hear some traces of their influences.
