Commanding, great, stompy songwriting and Georgia's weapon of a vocal. It's hard not to love this from the get go. I love the way this takes off and carries through.

this is such a commanding and convincing smash that if Georgia June started a cult, I'm not saying that I would join. I'm just saying that... hypothetically... I wouldn't *not* join.

Georgia June emerging from the 2020 winter with some strong iso-gains! Phwoar, feel the muscles tighten as this band get into gear. Lean, mean songwriting machines.

Georgia June exploring some new emotional depths on this track. It's a highlight of their insanely-good live show and I'm beyond stoked we get to bung it on repeat now.

"Georgia! Georgia Georgia Ju-une! Whatta bloody tu-une!"

couldn't agree more with Dec. this song wedges itself in my brain everytime I see y'all live and I can not wait for it do the same for everyone who has the pleasure of hearing this one.

Last year Georgia June were benching 120kg 1RM and this year they're sitting at about 200 1RM. Nice gains!

Within the limited but rich canon of Georgia June, I reckon this just might sit at the top. There's so much room for Georgia's vocals to breathe in the verses and the choruses hit just right. A band starting to realize the promise we've known about for a while now.

a song so good that i totally assumed it had been out forever. i was singing and dancing along to it at your live show and i'm going to be doing that a lot more now it's released into the world. happy/sad never sounded so great.

Brb, pouring gasoline on all my problems. What a lyric, what a song, what a band.

I'm the most enthusiastic member of the Georgia June cheer squad so you know I'm doing some cartwheels and contortions to this new track with its emphatic new wave moves. Gimme a J, gimme a U, gimme an N, gimme an E!

It's not a fast paced track but there's definitely an energy here that's pretty damn powerful.

I'd say that this excellent new one from GJ was a glow up but it's just not true since they've been on a bit of a high-qual spree this past year. The fire burns on!

When I saw Georgia June had new music, I thought "know what, this probably rules" - then I listened to this song and, yeah, this rules.

Georgia June are making incredibly comforting music. I don't know what is it, but there's something here that feels so warm and embraceful, which is exactly what we need right now.

absolutely beautiful track. in the chorus especially, you can really hear that sense of yearning for your 'baby blue', in particular, through the passionate vocals which are very well-controlled and well-pitched. the well-chosen articulations, balance and blend of all instruments throughout the song also help convey this feeling of longing. overall, an excellent song and one of my fav...
