hard hitting brutish moments then soars melodically, there's surprises around every turn.

Another torch bearing call to arms from Sleep Talk. This band wields their two vocalists like deadly weapons.

The first time listening to this song is such a trip. You never know where it's gonna go next. Thankfully every element is executed with complete precision.

Damn this is a brilliant song. It's been a fave for the last 2 weeks of mine. "Can you teach me how to love myself". Love that line and everything in and around this.

enough hooks for the masses and enough fiercer hardcore elements for those fans, it's a weighty mix.

Firstly, love me a song that opens with the chorus. Second, love me this song.

Can't figure out which part of this track that I froth the most. That chunky melodic chorus? Or is it the embittered hardcore delivery? I figured it out - I like everything here.

It's currently 2 am and I've just remembered that today, Sandro (he does mid dawns on jjj) asked Bridget Hustwaite and myself what new music this week we've been absolutely loving, and we both said this song. Everything about this track is built with this energetic fiery power. I can't get enough of it! x

This get seriously shredded. Not dissimilar to the fresh veg and lettuce salad I had for lunch. But I reckon this one has a higher nutritional value.

This. Is. *Naughty Word That Starts With F*-ing. Awesome. The best bits of Turnover, Trophy Eyes, Basement, and some Defeater thrown in for good measure.

This flows on SO nicely from New Tradition! Everything is so balanced and tight, but I love that Lewis' vocals are really given the chance to shine. The contrast between bright chorus and dark, mysterious verse is cleverly done. And that riff! Phwoar! There are so many elements in play here and you guys nail every single one.

A personal highlight from Bigsound 2018.
Cannot wait to see the singalongs to this chorus live, can't even imagine the scenes.

Something of a new direction from the Sleep Talk boys. Catchy hook, raw vocals and ~that~ lil bass groove, paired with guitars and drums which sound even bigger when performed live, makes for a bloody decent song.
