I should like this track, it's got a breezy mood offset by some chugging undertones, but it just didn't grab me. I'll try harder next time.

Nice production from Steve Schram; adds a great dreaminess to the sound of the band. Emily's vocals are perfect on this too capturing a great mood without being mournful.

Great arrangements, interesting production. It's like being washed over by a waterfall of melody.

These guys have shown a lot of promise for a while. It's great to hear them step up and really nail it on this song. Beautiful melodies and production with a dark edge to give a little mystery and intrigue. Great stuff.

Tinpan Orange are a really great live act. Emily has an incredible voice. I first saw these guys in 2008 and they've really come a long way. I really dig this song.

This song kills me - so melancholy and such beautiful tones throughout. It's spooky and makes me want to listen on repeat... Five stars! *****

Always an engaging band both live and recorded. That's something that doesn't usually happen in Australian music or music in general, so you've really aced it.

Ahh, so much love for this band. Have seen a few live performances and was blown away! Love the lyrics, so honest. Yet you can choose to turn off from the meaning ("happiness is fleeting") and just float away with the rhythm and melody. Wonderful!

Like standing on the edge of a life choice- quitting your job, choosing a course, buying a house. Like standing on a street corner and waiting for your moment to join the stream of traffic or set up and watch for a while...like so many of the Lubitz' lyrics its true to life and the moment, and its so vivid. This one is nearly as breath catching and vertiginous as the song for Renee Geyer.....

There is so much to love about this, from the rattling honky- tonk style piano, to the amazing dreamy vocals, the offbeat claps and percussion elements, to the storytelling lyrics reminiscing of a time and place far, far away. A world class act :)
