Since graduating from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2010 with an Advanced Diploma in Music Production, Perth-based singer songwriter Adrian Wilson has continued to impress audiences across the country with his unique voice and catchy folk/acoustic pop songs. Although initially intending to sort after a career as a producer/ mixing engineer, song-writing and performing live was something that came naturally, and soon Adrian was performing all around WA in the pubs and clubs and making his mark in the Perth music scene. With the release of his first EP “A New Direction” in 2010, Adrian set out to find like-minded musicians to perform with him live, and after recruiting 4 new band mates and feeling a noticeable spark between them, came the birth of his new band ‘Beside Lights’; ultimately putting Adrian’s solo career on hold.
