Artist:Aeons

Originality is a word which best describes Adelaide metal band Aeons. Since 2012, the band has been determined to blend together numerous different styles to incorporate a vast array of sounds into their musical vocabulary. Influenced by the likes of August Burns Red, Thy Art Is Murder and Northlane, Aeons aims to create music which both engages and challenges listeners through the use of technical progression, odd time signatures, crushing breakdowns and menacing vocals. Aeons plan to record and release their upcoming EP by early 2014 as a follow up to their acclaimed 2013 demo "Coward's Reign". Having played shows with many interstate acts and being featured in the popular "Blunt" magazine, Aeons look to cement themselves as worthy advocates for the metal scene of South Australia and beyond.
