The Afterparty formed in early 2009, as the 'guinea pig' alternative to the way bands traditionally write, record and sell their music/products. With a completely DIY approach, In late 2009, The Afterparty recorded, mixed and mastered their debut EP 'New Currency' and released it for free. The reception has been huge and the popularity of the release is still rising.
