Bio

Alex Moses is a songwriter and producer based in Melbourne, Australia. As a solo artist, Moses has toured with William Ryan Key (Yellowcard), John Floreani (Trophy Eyes) and performed at Unify and New Years on the Hill Festivals. Starting his musical journey as vocalist/guitarist in east-coast punk-trio Columbus, Alex’s released his first solo single ‘Keep In Touch’ in 2019 produced by Joel Quartermain (Merci,Mercy, Meg Mac, G Flip) showing a soft and intimate side to his song-writing. The track received Triple J Unearthed rotation and landed a spot in Triple J Unearthed’s Podcast top 5 tracks. ‘Rotten,’ Moses’ heartfelt second single was a self-produced lockdown tune, released in 2020 whilst Alex spent time writing and in the studio.

In 2021, Alex returns with new single ‘Feel so Young,’ a vibrant summer-pop song about forgetting your wasted youth and reliving young love again with someone new.
Feel so Young is out 1 July 2021.

Alex sells this heart-struck pop track with an earnest authenticity and a clear love of making warming ear wormy songs.

there's a real child-like charm to the waltzy melody, but your voice and lyrics give it extra oomph to keep it chugging along.

there's no doubting alex's punk pedigree but as a few punk musos are proving these days, when you strip back the noise their songwriting still shines super bright.
