Bio

It’s all too easy to get caught up in life’s dramas, but for Ally the best way to break these problems down is to write a smash hit. With an abundance of energy and a humble attitude to writing, Ally is producing earworms that blend genres and styles alike. Combining synth-rock sounds from back in the day with today’s alt-pop, Ally is creating a phenomenon she coins “the inexplicable beauty of making people dance and cry at the same time.”

this is super emphatic stuff and with those 80s flourishes it really bursts out of the speakers.

This is a really impressive intro to Ally George's songwriting. My ear's caught by all the great moments in this track - the thundering drum fills, the '80s inspired keyboard sounds and the gang chants in the chorus. The star of the show though has gotta be Ally's vocal and how she nails the hook.
